SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship worldwide.

Shipping for purchases  over 350.00 EUR is free.

Domestic shipping below purchases 350.00 EUR is 5 EUR.

Other countries shipping below purchases 350.00 EUR is 25 EUR. 

International orders ship via EMS Latvian Postal service and arrive in 7-14 days for most countries. We will inform you.

Orders within Latvia we ship via Latvian Postal service or Omniva and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. We will contact you to secure best delivery option for you.

Domestic orders

  • Orders within Latvia ship via Latvian Postal Service or Omniva and arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Your order will be shipped to the nearest postal office and you will receive a note from the postal service when it is possible to get your order.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Latvian Postal Service.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

International orders

  • International orders ship via EMS Latvian Postal Service and arrive in 7-14 days for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. We will contact you to inform about expected delivery time. Your order will be shipped to the nearest postal office and you will receive a note from the postal service when it is possible to get your order.
  • Most international orders include tracking information. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Latvian Postal Service.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
  • We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so.
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

You may return all ordered items except gift cards and sale items in the same condition as received, with all labels attached within 14 days after received for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within five working days after we have received the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elinadobele.com and send your item to: Mednieku iela 7-2, Rīga, LV-1010
